Anchor, Living Apartments

Anchor was born from a simple belief: today’s travellers are looking for a type of accommodation that combines the freedom of an apartment with the quality and service standards of a hotel. Designed for stays ranging from a few days to several weeks, the brand responds to changing lifestyles – from remote working and city breaks to family trips – by offering fully equipped apartments combined with a seamless, personalised experience.

Each address has its own distinctive identity, shaped by a designer invited to tell the story of the location through its architecture and neighbourhood. In Paris, Pauline Borgia reinterprets Haussmannian codes with a contemporary approach, while in Marseille, Angelo de Taisne draws inspiration from the city’s port and Mediterranean landscapes. In Cannes, Marie Veidig creates bright interiors with a Riviera feel, while in Florence, Claudia d’Oncieu delicately reinterprets Italy’s heritage. A collection of unique addresses, united by a shared vision of hospitality.

RIVE, Side House

With RIVE, Side House introduces a new vision of the country house, where the charm of a historic residence meets the expectations of today’s travellers. Set in an elegant 19th-century property on the banks of the Seine, just over an hour from Paris, this first Maison Hôtelière offers an experience that is welcoming, refined and deeply connected to its surroundings. The spaces have been designed for stays with friends or family, in an atmosphere that feels as warm as it is functional.

For this project, Melho managed the furniture procurement (FF&E), as well as the sourcing and acquisition of all operating equipment (OS&E). A comprehensive mission carried out with particular attention to the quality, durability and aesthetic consistency of each space.

Sophie Darriere, Label Experience

Velvet House

Less than an hour from Paris, in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, Velvet House imagines a new way to experience country living. Founded by Gaspard Konrad, this high-end rental concept is designed for families and groups of friends looking for a retreat where they can come together for a weekend or a few days, in a setting that is as comfortable as it is inspiring.

The interior design project, entrusted to Label Experience, celebrates the spirit of a true family home. Under the direction of Sophie Darriere, the agency creates generous, welcoming spaces combining carefully sourced vintage furniture, natural materials, plush rugs and a palette of warm, enveloping tones. Every detail contributes to a convivial atmosphere, where the spacious living areas naturally become the heart of the home.

Experimental Marais

In March 2025, Experimental continues its expansion in Paris with the opening of Experimental Marais, a five-star hotel with 43 rooms located in the former Sinner. For this transformation, the group once again collaborates with architect Tristan Auer, who reimagines the space through a neo-Gothic aesthetic inspired by the history and character of the neighbourhood. Monumental arches, stained-glass windows and a play on volumes shape a destination where heritage and modernity come together with elegance.

To extend this experience into the guest rooms, Experimental renews its collaboration with L:A Bruket. The Swedish brand provides the full range of guest amenities, bringing its approach to skincare inspired by Scandinavian nature, along with formulations that are both sensorial and responsible.
